but not limited to CD and DVD intended for any distribution regardless
if it is free or for financial or any other gain..
You may not
distribute any files or applications downloaded by you or sent to you on
CD from this site as part of a sales package even if you state the
items are free.
You may not sell any digital content downloaded by you or sent to you on CD from this site on any auction site
including but not restricted to eBay or include them on any item sold
on any auction site including but not restricted to eBay.

is no warranty with any of the digital content downloaded by you or sent
to you on CD from this site, installation and usage is at the users own
